Folger Stable Tours

NEW: Historic District Walking Tour

Seeing this remarkable building is key to appreciating it. Please look at the information kiosk and main sign for the stable to pick up a tan flyer. This self-guided walking tour will introduce you to the five historic structures on the premises:

• The main stable
• The carriage house
• The period stone walls
• The blacksmith barn
• The dairy house
  

Private guided tours can be arranged for individuals or groups by contacting the office of the Friends. Regularly scheduled tours occur on the 2nd Thursday of each month from 2:00-3:00 PM. Reservations are required. Please call the Friends office at 851-2660 or email folgerstable@parksupport.org.

Note: When visiting the stable building, please stay on the bricked areas to protect you and the horses.
