Jill Daly, Palo Alto

Jill is Co-President of the Friends board and co-chair of the Stable Commitee. She is active in the volunteer program at the Lucille Packard Children's Hospital and enjoys riding her horse in the beautiful parks and trails in Woodside.

Susan Lang, Woodside

Susan is a Friends co-founder and continuing Board member. She has worked with non-profit organizations for over 30 years in capacity building and development positions, focusing on environmental education and land conservation. She holds an MBA degree in health services and non-profit management. Susan is on the Woodside Open Space Committee, the Steering Committee of WHOA! (Woodside-area Horse Owners Association), and is co-chair of the Folger Estate Stable Project.

Joe Geist, Palo Alto

Joe is also a member of our professional staff, working as the Director of Finance and Administration. He is a seasoned finance manager with 25 years of experience as a commercial banker in the Bay Area and over ten years of experience assisting nonprofit organizations on the peninsula.

Suzanne Muller, Woodside

A fifth generation Californian and lifelong resident of the Bay Area, Suzanne is Co-President of the Friends board. She deeply appreciates the local Parks and Open Space preserved for all to share. An avid hiker with a keen interest in local flora and fauna, she is a docent volunteer with the Friends, leading inspirational nature walks with school children at Huddart Park. Suzanne has a Masters Degree in Organizational Development and is the President of the Skywood Association Board in Woodside.

Robin Smith, Woodside

Robin is an advertising and marketing expert who has resided in Woodside for 12 years. She has a passion for history, especially when it comes to communicating the historical significance of our small community and working for the preservation of its artifacts and important historical landmarks. Robin also enjoys spending time with her husband Paul, maintaining their Pinot Noir vineyard in Woodside (GBH Vineyard) and purveying the wine to many local restaurants.

Nancy Reyering, Woodside

Nancy Reyering is a lifelong resident of the mid-peninsula and grew up hiking and exploring the parks of California and the west coast. Living in Woodside since 1985, Nancy is committed to helping Woodside maintain its rural character and charm. In addition to her work on the Friends Board, she serves on the ASRB, Open Space Committee and General Plan Task Force for the Town of Woodside, and is Vice President of the Stanford Professional Women's Alumnae Association.

Tom Larsen, San Mateo

Tom is both a native and resident of San Mateo. He is a recognized leader in historic preservation efforts throughout San Mateo County. With a business degree from USC, he brings to the Friends Board experience in public and corporate accounting. Tom is also a licensed real estate broker with Coldwell Banker.
